It also delves into the basics of the lymphatic system, outlining its function and significance. Despite its lesser-known status, this system plays a crucial role in filtering toxins, generating white blood cells, and impacting every facet of the body.

During the session, there will be a demonstration on activating the lymphatic system through breast massage. These simple, practical techniques, when practiced daily, can yield remarkable improvements in various areas such as immune function, PMS, sleep quality, fatigue, headaches, muscle tightness, and comprehension of the menstrual cycle.
