Staying at Splore

Free General Camping

Everyone’s ticket comes with free camping, which nearly everyone who comes to Splore uses. There's a selection of free general and free family friendly areas.

There's plenty of room for everyone but please be thoughtful; take only the space you need, keep it cosy and get to know your neighbours. Sharing is caring. Free campsites are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

There is a strict no vehicle policy in all campgrounds. Anyone wishing to stay in a vehicle must buy a camper vehicle ticket, you can't just sleep in the car park.

ACCESSIBILITY: We allocate a number of accessible campsites for wheelchair users and people with special mobility needs. [MORE INFO]

Camping is not compulsory but it’s without a doubt the best way to fully immerse yourself in the Splore community. If it's just not your thing, there are limited pass-outs so you can leave and come back throughout the weekend.

Free Family Camping

Splore offers two free family friendly campsites, giving parents with kids somewhere to mix and mingle. You can choose North Camp to be closer to the action, or South Camp is a bit further away from the hustle and bustle and closer to the car parks. Both areas are marked on the site map.

Camping Upgrades

Upgrades are optional and sold separately from festival entry tickets. Free tent camping is included.

Camper Vehicles

If you are planning to sleep in a whare on wheels you must book a reserved Camper Vehicle Site, in either the General or Family areas. Each site is 5mx8m, plenty big enough for you to park your campervan or caravan and possibly your towing vehicle, as long as it fits within the boundary. If it doesn't, you’ll need to take your car into the general car park. You can also, space permitting, pitch a small tent or gazebo. Sites are sold using a seating plan so you can choose the site that suits you best.

There is strictly no camping permitted in the general car park, this is a safety issue and security will patrol and remove any guests camping in their cars.

Camper Vehicle Sites are limited and always sell out, so get in quick!

Reserved Camping

We offer the convenience of a pre-booked campsite, for peace of mind that your chosen spot will be waiting for you. You'll also get access to one reserved parking space adjacent to Reserved Camping, reducing the distance from car to campsite. Please note Parking Pass is not included.

Every reserved camping site is a generous 8m x 4m. That's plenty big enough for the whole family or a group of friends in either one large tent or a couple of small/medium tents.

If you’re part of a larger group, you can book adjacent sites to create the ultimate friends and family zone. Due to limited space we ask you use the reserved spaces efficiently - please don't book more space than you’ll need.

Reserved Campsites are limited and always sell out, so be quick!
