Amanda Wright - The Breath Metronome
-
In this session, I guide participants through simple yet powerful breathwork patterns that flow seamlessly into embodied movement. The music informs the pace and energy, but it is the breath that leads. As participants tune into their own breath, they are invited to let go of inhibitions, move with joy and freedom, and rediscover the natural rhythm of life within their bodies.
The atmosphere is playful and inclusive - there is no choreography, no expectation, only an invitation to connect breath with movement in a way that feels authentic and alive. Some moments are still and inward; others burst into dance, laughter, and release. Breath & Beats creates a safe container where people can reconnect with presence, regulate their nervous system, and celebrate the vitality of being fully embodied.
As a certified Breathwork Coach, Qi Gong teacher, and long-time DJ, I bring a deep understanding of rhythm, energy, and the healing power of sound and breath. Breath & Beats weaves these threads together into a joyful, grounding, and transformative offering - one that reminds us that the breath is both anchor and liberator, and that music can guide us back home to ourselves.
Chardin - Himalayan Raga Yoga Meditation
-
Regarded as the highest path of meditation, Raja Yoga distils the wisdom of all yogic traditions. At its heart are five powerful techniques that use breath and focused awareness to reveal how we create our own suffering — and how to dissolve those patterns with clarity and precision.
Through this timeless practice, Chardin guides students toward genuine inner peace and happiness, independent of external circumstances. As practitioners connect more consistently with their own radiant inner light, their consciousness begins to shift, the sense of separation softens, and they open into a deeper experience of unity within themselves.
Christine Spicer - Human Design Embodied
-
This workshop strengthens your connection with the physicality of the BodyGraph map. It introduces you to the relationship between the mind and the ‘inner authority’ which is the potential for your navigation in life.
Christine gives you a taster of how different authorities and auras are designed to interact with life. The influence of the world can take us far from the way we are designed to be. This system provides our personal map pointing us back home to person sovereignty, Self-love integrated healing and empowerment as the purity of You.
When travelling in Germany in 2005, Christine discovered she belonged to the rarest Aura type - a Reflector, just 1.5% of the population. 20 years ago she brought Human Design to NZ and has since qualifying as NZs first HD Analyst and Teacher she has activated and empowered thousands of people with their unique designs through her Readings, Retreats and Guidance. Christine's passion is enabling each person’s embodiment of their own BodyGraph Map and she gives a sense of this by guiding you inwards to explore the possibilities of your own design.
Claire Conza - Threads of Creation
Co-create a giant artwork symbolising connection and diversity of the Splore community. Make Give Live will set up a large, round, wooden frame with nail heads sticking out around the edges. I’ll invite people to choose a string to represent them from a selection of natural yarns and fabric strips of different colours and textures. Then they’ll get to tie and string patterns between the nails, filling out the centre of the circle, weaving them between others if they wish. On the end of the yarn they tie a disc of wood with a name or word or little note that hangs down from the bottom forming a sort of dream catcher blended with a wind chime.
Afterwards the piece can hang from a tree for all to enjoy.
Frankie Cole - Blue Lotus Yoga Nidra Ritual
-
In this journey, you are invited into a temple of ceremony and balance, where men and women share wisdom equally, and sacred ritual is a way of life. You’ll walk along lotus-filled waterways, step into candlelit halls carved with hieroglyphs, and sit with gods and goddesses as you are offered the sacred lotus. The temple’s energy gently carries you to a state of profound relaxation and subconscious healing.
This Yoga Nidra session offers a peaceful sanctuary amidst the vibrant energy of the festival. It is designed for anyone - no yoga experience needed. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be guided into stillness.
Joanna Walden and Liam Dyson - Sonic Flow Qigong - Gong Journey
-
Guided by Liam, flowing Qigong sequences open the body, activate energy pathways, and anchor awareness, while Joanna plays the Atlantis Gong, sending waves of resonance through the whole system. As movement entrains with sound, participants drop into a dynamic field where qi flows more freely, then journey into a deep Gong immersion enhanced by Joanna’s Heart Technology - a channeled frequency practice that amplifies transformation.
The result is a full-system reset: tension dissolves, stagnant energy releases, and body, mind, and spirit realign. The Atlantis Gong shifts brainwave states and calms the nervous system, while Qigong grounds the experience for lasting integration. Joanna is a speaker, author, multidimensional channel and visionary; Liam is a Qigong practitioner and sound facilitator dedicated to restoring balance, vitality, and presence.

Kiri Walden - The Neuroscience of Sound
Sound has the power to shift our state of mind, regulate the nervous system, and influence our emotions—yet few of us understand why it affects us so deeply. In this workshop, Dr Kiri dives into the neuroscience of sound, vibration, and resonance, revealing how different frequencies and rhythms interact with the brain and body. Through live demos and immersive listening experiences, attendees will feel how music and sound can boost focus, energy, and relaxation. This is a festival-ready, practical approach, offering tools to reset, energise, or ground yourself anytime during the weekend. Blending modern science with experiential learning, the workshop makes these concepts accessible, interactive, and easy to bring into daily life. The magic is everyone is able to express themselves fully, without self censorship or reservation knowing there's no judgment. You are so welcome exactly as you are. Yoga: Rebel Embodiment (Beach)
This isn’t your usual studio flow.. Forget straight lines, rigid cues, and textbook shapes. We’re here to break rules, dissolve constructs, and rewire how we move. Think of it as yoga flipped on its head; a playful protest against the confines that keep us small.
Through flow, sound, and raw expression, we’ll explore the body as a wild vehicle for truth; shaking, spiralling, collapsing, expanding. No right, no wrong, just movement born from authenticity. Together, we’ll carve out space for liberation, for heart-led embodiment, for pure, unfiltered You.
Come as you are, dressed up or stripped back, and leave with your body buzzing, your spirit loud, and your freedom dialled all the way up.

Christopher Jones - Palmistry Psychology
-
Modern handreading is a valuable tool for understanding ourselves better and fostering personal development and is not at all concerned with ‘prediction’ or ‘fortune telling’. The hand is a blueprint of the unique consciousness patterns that are you - and the most significant hand features of all are the fingerprints. Everybody knows that each person has a unique set of fingerprints. That they remain unchanged through life shows their importance as a biometric marker of our deepest identity. No two fingerprints are the same - not even identical twins have identical fingerprints! For the fingerprints are a blueprint of the unique consciousness patterns that are you; they reveal something of the patterns of our soul psychology.
This is not fortune-telling, this is self-revelation....
