Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1- By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2- The prize draw is being run by Splore Dynamics LTD (SDL)

Eligibility to enter

3- The prize draw is open to Splore 2024 ticket holders who are over 18 years of age.

4- You can enter multiple time.

How to enter

5- Every ticket purchased to Splore 2024 before 1 January 2024, counts as one entry.

6- If you have an objection to your ticket purchase being entered please email info@splore.net with instructions to opt out from the prize draw.

7- Every time a new customer enters the name of an eligible entrant in the BFF registration field while purchasing their entry tickets, the named BFF has their existing chances doubled.

8- SDL will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

9- The winner will be drawn at random by SDL representatives.

10- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

11- We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

12- The decision of SDL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

13- The winner will be notified after 10 January 2024 via the email provided during ticket purchase.

14- SDL will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

15- If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 5 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and SDL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

16- The winner agrees to the release of their first name.

17- An announcement of the winners first name will be made via SDL social media channels and EDM.

Limitation of Liability

18- SDL does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by

any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

19- SDL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any

time, without prior notice.
