Welcome to our alternative bond process for volunteering at Splore.

The purpose of this process is for you to allow us to hold your credit card details (without processing a full payment) to assure that you will fulfil your volunteer obligations. Should you fail to fulfil your obligations ie: come to Splore but neglect to show up for your shifts, a charge of $420 will be made to your credit card by Splore Dynamics Limited.

Your information will be held online in a secure cloud-based storage location until it is no longer needed. It will then be permanently deleted.

Terms and conditions

By submitting this form you are authorising Splore Dynamics Limited to store your credit card details for the purpose of facilitating your volunteer experience at Splore.

You authorise Splore Dynamics Limited to make a $1 charge to verify your current and correct credit card details. This charge will be refunded to you.

You authorise Splore Dynamics Limited to charge $420 to your credit card should you fail to complete any of your volunteer shifts, or abide by the terms and conditions set out in the volunteer application form on the Splore website. 

Failure to complete volunteer shifts includes A) coming to the festival and not completing one or more of the shifts you are rostered on, OR, B) choosing not to come to the festival for reasons within your control and failing to inform the volunteer manager of this decision before the 16th of February 2023.

Your credit card details will be deleted upon completion of your duties at Splore Festival.
