Nat believes in finding freedom of movement, of thought and of being. She is a passionate and dedicated yogi with ten years of teaching experience, and a daily practice that involves moving, breathing and parenting, all of which require focus, patience and grace. Her biggest teachers are her two children who show her lessons in gratitude, love and acceptance every day. She also practices with senior ashtanga yoga teachers Dena Kingsberg and Peter Sanson. Nat runs a small yoga business from her sunny Milford home on Auckland's North Shore, and when she is not on her mat, she loves exploring the mountains, oceans lakes and rivers of this big beautiful world. She believes that all of us are created equal and have a bright light to shine, and is doing her best to shine brightly.
